Frequently Asked Questions
Do You Accept Insurance?
At our practice, we are private pay and payment is due at the time of each session. Therefore, we do not accept insurance. We believe that focusing on providing the best care for our clients is our top priority, and managing insurance can be a full-time job! However, if you choose to use your insurance, we’re happy to provide you with a "Superbill"—this is a detailed receipt with insurance codes that you can submit for reimbursement. Just a heads up: our therapists are considered out-of-network providers, so it’s good idea to check with your insurance before your first session. Make sure to ask if they cover out-of-network mental health services and confirm any limits on hourly rates. You’ll be responsible for any fees that exceed what your insurance covers.
